What about shipping & handling? Are there any extra fees?
Domestic shipping (lower 48 states) is FREE.
When can I expect to be billed?
You'll pay for your first subscription the day you sign up. Your second box and on will be billed on a regular billing cycle on the 1st of each month.
When can I expect my first Hello Cider VIP box?
If you place your order by the 1st then your box will ship on the 10th (or next business day during weekends). If you place your order after the 1st then your box will ship the next month.
How will my Hello Cider VIP box ship?
Each box will ship via USPS Mail and usually arrives within 4-6 days
What if I change my mind and want to cancel?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by logging into your account, just make sure to cancel before your re-bill date on the 1st. Please note: After your order has been processed on the 1st, we can only cancel the next month's subscription. You also have the option to ship every 2 or 3 month.
Can I return my Hello Cider VIP box?
Hello Cider VIP boxes are final sale and ineligible for returns.
Can I gift the Hello Cider VIP box?
