Thank you for shopping at Hello Cider. Here you will find the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

 

Domestic Shipping Policy 

We ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping is $3 USD. Free shipping is available on any $25+ order. 

Shipment method 

We use UPS Ground or USPS Priority.

Estimated delivery time 

Expect your shipment within 1-2 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your shipment is delayed, please contact us at  hello@hellocider.com.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

Hello Cider ships to addresses within the U.S., including P.O boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages and Lost Packages

If your products arrive damaged or if your shipment has been lost in transit, please contact us at  hello@hellocider.com to correct the issue.

International Shipping Policy 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
